The Harvest of Shadows: Book 3 – The Final Reaping

The contract is found. The date is set. The town is doomed.

Alex holds the proof: the true 1793 contract that binds Havenwood to its terrifying fate. The annual sacrifices were not the curse, but a delay. Now, with the cycle broken and the Scarecrow’s oath fulfilled, the final, apocalyptic clause of the pact has been triggered.

The document is clear: the next chosen sacrifice will end the cycle forever—but will simultaneously enact the Final Reaping, damning the entire town to a horror far worse than a simple disappearance.

With the corn fields dead and the fear of the Scarecrow still fresh, the desperate townspeople believe sacrificing Alex is the only way to satisfy the pact and restore their prosperity. Alex is hunted from all sides: by the fearful mob, by the remnants of the powerful entity behind the corn, and by the relentless ticking clock of the Final Reaping.

Alex must race to the most protected archives of the town to find a loophole in the ancient, blood-soaked agreement. But the pact is not easily undone, and Alex must make an impossible choice: sacrifice themself to save the world from the ancient entity, or risk the town’s eternal damnation to find a way to save everyone.

The Harvest of Shadows has arrived, and this time, the price is not one life, but the soul of the entire community.
